Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of baby/toddler nutrition products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
